• Voucher is only valid for ticket category mentioned in the offer details. No upgrade allowed.
• Vouchers are valid in all Cine Royal locations (Khalidiyah, Dalma, Deerfields & Ruwais).
• Vouchers cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts.
• Vouchers cannot be transferred, cancelled or refunded.
• A voucher can only be redeemed once.
• Voucher must be used before the expiry date. Discount coupon is valid for 1 week only.
• The offer is not valid during public holidays.
• To avail the discount Etisalat customer has to present their voucher code at Box Office counter.
• There is no Advance Booking, voucher has to redeem for the same day.

Etisalat Rewards Programme (REDEMPTION)

Terms and Conditions:

• Etisalat Rewards Voucher allows members to redeem Etisalat Reward Points for Etisalat Rewards Vouchers and use them in participating partner outlets.
• Member can redeem these Etisalat Rewards Vouchers through the Etisalat Rewards website or Etisalat UAE mobile app.
• The Etisalat Rewards Vouchers redeemed through the website and IVR will be delivered to the customer as an email confirmation as well as SMS confirmation.
• The customer can present the email print out or the SMS confirmation to the partner store for completing the redemption to purchase partner products and services.
• Etisalat Rewards Vouchers redeemed through the mobile app will remain as a digital evoucher within the mobile app itself.
• The partner cashier will scan the bar code or manually type the Etisalat Rewards Vouchers code for verification in the Etisalat Partner Portal or their own POS system to verify.
• All Etisalat Rewards Vouchers are valid for a period of 90 days from the date of issue.
• Etisalat Rewards Vouchers are available to members in 7 denominations i.e, AED 25, AED 50, AED 100, AED 200, AED 300, AED 500, AED 1000 and denomination may be added or removed at the discretion of Etisalat.
• Partner shall not give Member any change (either in cash or Etisalat Rewards Voucher form) in respect of any partially used Etisalat Rewards Voucher.
• Redemption is only for Box Office.
